Jean Higor Ahrendts brings a distinguished 31-year career built on a strong academic and operational foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Kean University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Throughout his career, Ahrendts has demonstrated exceptional strength in business development, strategic growth, and organizational leadership.

He previously served as Business Development Manager at Waters Mortgage and later as President and CEO of Atlantic Mortgage (DBA International Funding), where he successfully elevated both organizations through innovation, disciplined execution, and a customer-centric approach.

As Founder & President of MediPlus Clinic and Amide International, he brings a comprehensive, dual-perspective understanding of both the agent and MSO environments. His expertise spans healthcare economics, contracting, regulatory compliance, and cross-sector collaboration. With a multidisciplinary background, strategic mindset, and deep industry insight, Ahrendts is widely regarded as a visionary executive capable of driving sustainable growth and navigating the complexities of today's evolving healthcare and financial landscapes.

Dr. Brown is both an Attorney and Acupuncture Physician with a uniquely multidisciplinary background. She is licensed to practice law in Indiana and is licensed in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture in both Indiana and Florida.

Dr. Brown earned her Bachelor's degree from SUNY Binghamton (1988), her Juris Doctor from Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan (1992), and her degree in Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute for Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (2011). She further advanced her clinical training through 1.5 years of study in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Suzhou, China (2006–2008), and completed NADA protocol training at Brighton Hospital in Michigan (2008), becoming a Certified Acupuncture Detox Specialist.

In 2025, Dr. Brown earned her certification as a Stem Cell Physician Associate Diplomate from the American Academy of Stem Cell Physicians, further expanding her expertise in regenerative medicine. She serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations for MediPlus Clinic, playing a key leadership role in clinical strategy, compliance, and care delivery, while also serving as Lead Physician and Director of MediPlus Clinic's Flagship Stem Cell Medical Center & Spa in Fort Lauderdale.

Dr. Pelissier Joel Charles is a highly trained physician with extensive international experience and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY (2009–2012).

He pursued advanced training in Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, and Endocrinology at leading French institutions, including Université Paris XI Créteil and Université Pierre et Marie Curie, and earned a Master's in Addictions from Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain.

Dr. Charles has served diverse and underserved populations, including care at the Raboteau Health Care Centre in Haiti, and has held clinical roles at Naples Community Hospital and Lee Memorial Hospital. He serves as a Teaching Attending for Florida State University. He currently serves as Medical Director for MediPlus Clinic and, alongside Dr. Brown, is a Stem Cell Physician Associate Diplomate through the American Academy of Stem Cell Physicians.

Ronald Graham serves as the General Manager of the Insurance Division at Amide International, where he leads the strategic development and expansion of insurance solutions across the organization’s integrated platform. With over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership and public service with Networth Nation, LLC, Mr. Graham brings a deep commitment to financial education, risk management, and long-term asset protection.

Through his leadership, Amide International strengthens the foundation of MediPlus Clinic by aligning insurance strategies with healthcare delivery; ensuring patients, employees, and communities have access not only to quality care, but also to the financial protection that supports long-term wellness.

Ronald Graham is dedicated to bridging the gap between healthcare and insurance by empowering the MediPlus ecosystem with the tools, education, and infrastructure needed to create sustainable outcomes. His mission is to ensure that every patient interaction is supported by both clinical excellence and financial security, advancing MediPlus Clinic's vision of a fully integrated, community-centered healthcare model.

Pelsha Darius serves as Vice President of Operations at MediPlus Clinic, where he oversees the administration, management, and support of all clinic locations, franchise partners, and the physician network. He plays a key role in scaling the organization while fostering a culture that prioritizes patients, physicians, and investors.

With over 20 years of sales experience and 8 years in the healthcare industry, Darius has worked as a Marketing Director and Consultant for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers. His expertise includes driving strategic growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting providers in delivering patient-first care while building sustainable, successful practices.

Darius' ability to bridge operations, strategy, and culture makes him a key driver in MediPlus Clinic's mission to deliver innovative, community-centered healthcare solutions.
